Classes should not be a chore or bore.
They should be fun, entertaining and pleasurable!

Our classes bring people together to collectively benefit from exercise outdoors in the beautiful Surrey hills countryside.

All our classes are small groups to ensure a fantastic level of personal instruction from our instructors where everyone feels included and cared for.

 

We cover it all, from strength training to keep bones and joints strong, muscles toned and active to HIIT/cardio training to improve fitness and combat daily stress.

Above all, our classes are fun, engaging and extremely friendly because we know that smiling is the best medicine for both mind and body. 

CLASS OPTIONS

Fitcamp

Wednesdays

9:30 am - 10:30am

A fun group exercise class building strength, fitness and body confidence. Suitable for beginners and those with experience too.

Kettlebells & Box Fit

Wednesdays

6:30 am - 7:15 am

A blend of strength and conditioning with the all round strength tool, the kettlebell with the fitness and adrenaline that boxing training gives. No experience with either necessary. Enjoy a class like no other that tick’s ALL the boxes.

Circuit Fit

Fridays

6:30 am - 7:15 am

Using an array of equipment from Blaze Pods and tractor tyres; to rubber bands and Swiss balls. A great all-rounder to finish off the week. Work on your fitness, strength and core all at once!
